Nordic Adventure's Homestead
Hi, I'm Samara. I'm so happy you found our little corner of the world. Our family's journey began during years of infertility and autoimmune struggles. As we searched for answers, we found ourselves returning to simple ingredients, old-fashioned practices, and a deeper faith in Jesus Christ. What started as a search for healing eventually became a way of life—and that journey grew into Nordic Adventures Homestead. These days you'll usually find me homeschooling our child, caring for our Icelandic sheep, creating handmade homestead products, or teaching families the old ways through hands-on adventures and practical skills. We believe there's wisdom in slowing down, working with our hands, and spending time together. Whether it's a bar of sheep milk soap or a day spent learning history or wilderness skills, our hope is to encourage families to live a little more intentionally and grow in confidence.
